If the technician is unable to solve your issue, your payment will be 100% refunded.
- One Hour of Home Based IT Support: Choose this to buy one hour of Home based IT support. Contact us beforehand to find out how we can help you. Support can be provided remotely or through on-site visits. This plan provides you access to our Zoho Desk ticketing system. Monthly Home Based plan also available.
- One Hour of Office Based IT Support: Choose this to buy one hour of Office based IT support. Contact us beforehand to find out how we can help you. Support can be provided remotely or through on-site visits. Monthly Office Based plan also available. This plan provides you access to our Zoho Desk ticketing system.
- Microsoft 365/Google Workspace Setup: We assist you in setting up and managing your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace subscriptions, including configuring a custom domain and email. There is a $199 initial setup fees and $99 monthly administration fees. Contact us to see how we can help you.
Once you enter a ticket in our Zoho Desk ticketing system, we get an email right away and will prompt us to work on the issue in an immediate manner. That being said, we aim to resolve most issues within 2-6 hours.

Our monthly IT support plan covers all your devices. We provide support based on the time spent resolving issues, so you can have as many devices as you need assistance with.
